Why We Need Your Support
We are a volunteer fire company made up of members who really don't recieve any compensation for their time they put into answering calls, for training, or for the time involved in our fund raising activities. Fund raising is necessary to provide the homeowners and businesses of Silver Spring township with the quality of protection they enjoy every night and day. Your support of these events makes it that much better for all of us in the community. Please come out to help us make every event a success. We really appreciate all your help!

A few pictures from past years barbecues. Rain threaten us for a while but all turned out great. We were prepared just in case. Cumberland County provided COMM ONE, the county's communications van as well as the county's SPERT Team 800 Communications trailer for display for all to see. We also had a special visit by one of our members we don't get to see as much as we would like. Thanks for coming, Mark Sheely. It was good to see you. Over 1600 Chicken Dinners were served in about four hours. All members deserve a big hand for a job well done. |
