Parachute The afternoon of December 20th proved a bit scary for this jumper when a bit off his landing path, he ended up in a tree. With ladders a bit short, several of Co 31 watched while the jumper was able to lower himself with the aid of some rope. A slight power outage in the area was also caused by the nearby power lines. All was well and back to normal.
