Fire Safety Tip:
As cold weather approaches be sure to be mindful of all manufacturer recommended practices for the use of in home furnaces and alternative heating sources. Also be mindful of your chimney and any exhaust pipes from your heating sources. Please double check to be sure they are clear and free of debris and build up.

Mobile Home Fire

Fri, Sep 4th, 2015 2:11:00 pm - At 1411 hrs the first alarm assignment was sent to the 31-05 box for a mobile home fire. Multiple calls were received and PD went on scene with a working fire. 2nd alarm tankers were requested due to reports of a working fire and lack of hydrants in the rural box area. 2 Alarm House Fire in Hampden
Sat, Jul 11th, 2015 11:23:00 am - At 1123 the first alarm assignment was sent to the 2400 blk of Lamb's Gap Rd in Hampden Twp.  R31 responded with 3.  E130 and C231 arrived on scene first to find a working fire in the B/C corner. House Fire
Tue, Jun 16th, 2015 8:34:00 am - At 0834 the first alarm assignment was struck for the 31-06 box at the request of PD on the scene for smoke from the roof. E31 responded with 3. E31 arrived on scene along with E128 and established water supply while E128 stretched a line. Crews found a small fire which was quickly extinguished and crews checked for extension. Auto Accident Millers Gap and Wertzville
Thu, May 14th, 2015 9:57:00 am - At 0957 units were alerted for an auto accident at Millers Gap Road and Wertzville Road. R31 responded with 2 and arrived on scene to find one vehicle under a tractor trailer. Crews from Co. 31, 33 worked to stabilize the vehicle and extricate the patient. Mon, Apr 27th, 2015 12:16:00 pm - Approximately 12:30 this afternoon Company 31 and mutual aid companies were dispatched to a mobile home fire on Linda Drive. Chief 131 arrived to find the roof on fire and all occupants out of the home. Many thanks to our surrounding departments for helping us out! Brush Pile and Small Shed Fire

Perry County House Fire

Sat, Apr 11th, 2015 10:38:00 am - Tanker 31 was requested to transfer to Perry County Co. 12 (Shermansdale) while they operated on a house fire. Before the Tanker was able to respond they were requested to the scene. Tanker 31 responded with 3, and hauled 2 loads of water before being placed available.
